Totally relate to not having to put out 100 fires and suddenly having the ability to maintain a routine lol. And oh nooooo I am so glad my Amtrak bathroom wasn't like that picture!
It's interesting how a multi-day train ride really forces all the passengers to adhere to a more rigorous schedule, making everyone create a new set of routines that exist only for the duration of the train ride, and how it can potentially have effects that last beyond the trip itself. Whether it's a reset or an adjustment to the humdrum of life as you put it, it certainly makes some impact.
Mainly because I don’t have 100 new fires to put out ha ha!!! So my routine is set. That train bathroom tracks with my Amtrak experience 😂
